The pretty, light mauve-blue flowers have a paler bar through the centre of each tepal. The surface of the four to six tepals is deeply textured and their crimped margins incurve slightly and taper to pointed, gently recurved tips. The stamens have white filaments and pale yellow anthers. It is suitable for growing a container or planting in the garden.
