ARCTIC QUEEN is a very free flowering clematis producing masses of gorgeous double and semi-double white blooms over and extended period. The cascading layers of tepals have a large central cluster of of yellow anthers that enhance the plants appearance even more. Another fabulous variety hybridised by Raymond Evison of Guernsey in the UK.
