Always impressive, Rouge Cardinal will be covered with a profusion of large 10.0cm to 15.0cm, glowing velvety crimson blooms with a contrasting boss of creamy stamens from early-summer to early-autumn.  Growing 2.0m to 4.0m in height it is well suited to growing over fences, trellises or through shrubs.
